Positioning of Bubble Coral

I know not to place the bubble coral in high flow. My dillema is, do I stand it up or lay it down? In the rocks or on the substate? (which is dolomite/crushed coral)
I didn't expect the skeleton to be so long, about 5 inches... should I lodge it upright between rocks? Or should I lay it on it's side like it is....
I just recieve this from swf.com last Tuesday and it is doing great! I should say I have ordered from SWF.com several times and everything has been great! Large coral's and fish and all have survived except for one DOA on a Manderin fish. They sent me a gaurantee code and replaced it with my next order. Also sent me a free swf.com T-shirt! :)
Thanks for your help

Hi Rubytoo, I can not answer what you should do but will tell you what I did with mine. I do not have as much of a boney skeleton as you do but I put mine on my sand bed straight up. I will tell you that mine is fairly large so the bubble coral does lay on the sand a bit. I believe you should probably wedge it between two rocks straight up and down, but lets see if anyone else answers that. BTW, nice looking Bubble. I too have bought the majority of my stuff from SWF.com and had only great expereinces.

Hi Rubytoo,i woud put the bubble to stand upright,if u cant wedge it between rocks,u could use some reef epoxy ,its best to have it upright so u do not risk tearing any of the tisssue ,i would place it up in the rock work :D

STAND IT UP! lol i would stand it up in the sand or in between 2 rocks. thats what i did with mine. (stood it up in the sand) i will warn you though. they hate to have sand on them. so be careful when you are moving things around in the tank. i also had to blow minew off with a turkey baster to get the sand. off. dont forget to feed it about 1 time a week
