it is an acropora...beyond that will need tissue samples, skeleton cross sections, etc.

But seriously, acropora are highly variable even within each species, making it impossible to positively identify without a couple of degrees, and samples.

Cool. It looks healthy though. Not bad for 10 bucks. Hopefully it grows well.
