Not all are set in stone, but I would like to consider them and the following Anemone's. Any problems? A fews are listed as NOT invert safe, but does that go for all Anemone's?
1. Blue Carpet Anemone

If you got any comments please let me know.
Also what would be the top three to get, and how should the tank establish before I start putting them in?

Carpets are harder to keep and you can have as many Tube Anemone's as you want in your tank - as they aren't really anemones at all. They don't require light for food, they'll use their long tenticles to grab food from the water column. The only thing to watch out for is how long the tenticles will get, they can't move but i've heard their tenticles get pretty long.
I would go with 5, 4, then both 6 and 7 depending on space.

All anemones are difficult to keep at best but some are much more difficult. BTA's are the least difficult according to popular opinion and I tend to agree. Six months seems to be a pretty generic answer on an established tank for an anemone(This of course is debatable). They don't tolerate poor water conditions and your tank needs to be stable(no big swings). They do not tolerate nitrates well at all. Tube anemones are actually worms with a nasty sting. Clowns will not host them but the flowing tentacles are very attractive in a tank.
