Possible Colt Trouble

The main stalk of my colt is withering. The paramaters in my tank are
Ammonia - 0
Trites - 0
Trates - 15
Water Temp - 81.1.
The colt is near the front that only gets indirect light. I am not sure what might cause this. Any ideas?

I forgot to add the feathers or polyops (or whatever they are called) are all fully extended. It appears just to be the main stalk.

what lighting do you have and water flow does get- when was your last water change

46 gal - 196 watts, however, the colt is near the front of my bowtank so the light is diminished. It does get some flow, but not too strong. I direct feed phyto, Dts etc onece a week

water cjanges about 3 gal a week so just under 10%

is there any discharge or slimey excrement? how long has it been wilted
