Possible ICH

I have a blue sided fairy wrasse that has been in quarentine for 4 weeks. After about the first week, I noticed a white spot on the tip of his nose. I don't remember that being there when I purchased him. He is eating normally, and not scratching (nothing much to scratch on). How long should I wait to see if it is ICH, or how can I tell.

You could go ahead and do the tank transfer method to be certain if he has ich, even if not attacking him yet, that you will certain to remove it from him.

It could be lymphocyctis. A pic would help, or a more detailed description of what you are seeing.
