Creme Puff says thanks for the compliment..and no those are trimma gobies..Eviota sp. They stay tiny,about 1 1/2"..and they've started spawning in the nano!

i got my sand yesterday and did some new aquascaping today. heres a couple of pics. they are kinda fuzzy. can you tell me what kind of algae that is and if it will spread if i tear it off?
