Thanks every one for posting!
I am not sure that I will be able to get my 240 reef now 
A couple (may be 1) gal. of Salt h2o split out of my sump when the power went out and into the basement light fixture. So I don’t know if my rental company we let me get a bigger tank or ever kept the one I got.
Also I don’t know if the wood floor in my house will support a bigger tank? Any builders out there with any advice?

there is no way a rental place will allow a large tank. heck most dont even allow small tanks. it its a house then MAYBE they will let you get away with it. but an APT its a long shot

What can I say but WoW. That right there is my dream tank. When you made the wall unit how did you set it up for servicing/cleaning. Do you find it relatively easy to clean/service. That is beautiful, great job.

Oceana it's a house w/ a basement rented out. so I might be able to get a gitter tank.
just don't know if the floors will hold the weight? the house was build in 1925!!

yes it is. damn stuff is like a weed. I have to pull that stuff off every few weeks. i just cleaned that back wall about a month before that pic.
we run 3x400 radium and 2x110 VHO
