Grumpy: is that a shadow in your tank or is that dark spots on the rock ? Or am I seeing things ?

that is a shadow from a stupid usless cross brace. I think it was originally designed to hold the glass cover I bought (which I no longer use). I have been thinking of removing it, but can't get any response from the manufacturer on the subject.
