well here is mine.
funny thing ,it was empty but three presents till yesterday,
i got a christmas miracle via my family this year, i only had $60 to spend on my kids this year (really rough season so far) anyway mom came over and my folks and my brothers filled the tree for the kids. I am so blessed to have such an amazing family

it looks really beautiful, Jenny... I love the topper. And apparently the most beautiful thing about it is the people AROUND it

I finally found my camera and took a pic of our tree but now I can't get the pictues downloaded onto the computer for some reason.

Anyhow mimzy it is a picture in the dark with no flash (with the christmas tree
lights on of course).

Jenny, that is amazing! My family has come to my rescue in the past two years to help out. I can't tell you what a blessing they all have been to me. The star that Tobin picked out is beautiful!!
RU, that lil penguin is the cutest decoration by far!!!! I LOVE homemade decorations by kids!
The trees all look awesome! I have not set mine up yet. I planned on the day after Thanksgiving, I worked. I keep planning to set it up. I am working crazy amounts of time and just haven't done it yet. This week for sure. I always have the tree up early. Not this year...yet.

The irony is that you celebrate Chanukah and you started a Christmas thread.
Not a personal attack, Mimzy... you know I have a great deal of respect for you. I just think it's interesting! :)

my cousin is half Jewish, her mother is full, her great grandparents are from Russia. They dont follow the religion though and celebrate Christmas.
I think its great that mims can appreciate both Jewish holidays and Christian

srsly mimz... time to start puttin up a tree. im bet yours would be wonderfully decorated.
dont forget... the tree doesnt have to represent anything religious. it could just represent the christmas season....
we dont have a tree this year
bummer.

first of all, go away.
you're supposed to have "quit" the boards.
second, we've been through this a THOUSAND freaking times, and I refuse to explain myself, AGAIN. I will NOT turn this thread into another irritating religious fiasco.
I like to look at peope's trees. This is a thread where people can post them.

Here's my tree. It's real and I didn't do much with it this year because my son was sick when I was decorating it and my daughter wouldn't leave him alone so I was fending kids and wrestling with the tree. lol
