I thought it had to be like 137MB or something?
I just posted some that were over 200.
I'm using adobe photodeluxe and sized it to 20 pixels/inch. But it was still like 247MB.
How big can they be?
Thanks, Dan

From Ryebreads photo tips FAQ
*2. The photo must be within the file size of 102,400 bytes. This means to be sure that your file is below 102k in size.
* If you get this message ~ The file that you have tried to attach is too big. The maximum size is 102400 bytes. It means that you still have too large of a file and it must be compressed more to post
You mean KB not MB a 200MB photo would take ages to upload unless you are on a T1 line, and it still would take a while :)
Forgot to add this - I dont know if photodeluxe is the same as photoshop in its menus but its really simple to compress an image, just click on Image, Image Size, set resolution (I personally like 640x480) then when you get the choice to save the file, save it as a .jpg image, and a compression screen will appear with a slider that you can adjust the actual file size of the image.

Weird - maybe some setting got changed behind the scenes - now I am curious :)
Nope I just tried to attach one to this message that was 160kb and it told me that it was too big. Dunno why it worked for you????
Are these the pics you are posting of your new frags/dirty tank??
If so I just checked the properties - they are 20k not 200k :)
