I need help ID-ing a hitch hiker but I can't figure out how to post a picture

I use Windows OS. So I don't know how to get pictures off of phones, ipads or photobucket...My method:

I upload my photos from my camera into my computer. or . Find a picture on the Internet and click on "save picture as" give it a name, and click to save to your computer.

Look above to reply box...the same area where you see the little smiley face....the first icon (on my computer anyway) looks like a little picture, click on that.

Click on the browse button

A menu listing everything on your computer appears

Click on pictures
Find the picture you want to upload
Click on that picture
A box will appear asking what size you want the picture to be (default is medium)
Click "submit" found under the box
Your picture should appear in the reply box....submit and you are all set.
