posting pictures

hey this might sound retarded but how do you go about posting pictures on this forum it wont let me just copy and paste it says enter URL any help would be great!

you need to either upload your pictures to this site first or to a photo sharing site like photobucket or flickr and then post the IMG link

Look for the Manage Attachments section when replying to or starting a new post or just do a search on uploading images to the boards since its been asked 1000 times before.
