Potters angel or coral beauty in with zoos?

I was wanting to buy a coral beauty to add some purple color to my 125 gallon tank. However the only choices I have come up with are purple tang (which I already have a hippo tang and im afraid they will kill each other) So that leaves me with a coral beauty. I know there are smaller purple fish but I am wanting something decent sized. I thought about a purple firefish but I already have a normal firefish and wont they kill each other??
So I went to get a coral beauty and the lfs told me that the Potters angel would do better with all my zoos and soft corals. I know its not 100% safe to add an angel to the tank but which angel would you add if you had to pick between the 2??? Potters doesnt have as much purple but if its a safer bet then I would rather go that way.
Also what are your thoughts on the firefish and purple tang?
Thanks!!!!!

I've had my coral beauty in with my zoos for 5 months and he hasn't even niped that them...I wouldn't worry about it Make sure you wait for a really colorful one they can be really cool or really dumb depending on where they are collected. :)

From what I have read, any of the "dwarf" angels are compatible with soft corals.
I have a coral beauty in my tank. As of now all I have, coral-wise, is one rock covered with mushrooms and the coral beauty leaves it alone.
Hope this helps a bit.

I am going to bump you for the purple and hippo tang....I dont think it would be a problem in your tank for some time, but wait for others. I believe 2 different fire fish wont work, as you said. I have a coral beauty that does not pick, but I dont like it cause its too purple....it blends too much with the LR.

I don't think you will encounter a problem either, with the purple tang. Just a word of warning, make the purple tang the last addition, they can be extremely aggressive to new fish. My coral beauty doesn't touch my zoos, but it does nip off the tips of my green button polyps. It doesn't seem to bother them, they're always open and spreading.
Good luck.
