Hi, I have another question. I have a 55 gallon tank and 2 clown fish and I would love to add a Powder Brown Tang. What do you think about that? I've also read and heard that tangs get ick a lot. Is that true? Thanks for the help.

Tangs are awesome fish, but can be a bit more sensitive than other available species. You may want to review other possible fish that are more hardy. (Avoid damsels, as they can be quite mean.)
Regarding ick, most fish are equally prone. The idea is not to allow it in your tank. I recommend you read up on it by searching this forum. Understanding ick is important.

Tangs are very prone to ick in general, and powder brown or other tangs in the genus Acanthrus are even more so...Another problem is there are two distinct similarly maked species on the market and they're both called powder brown. I know one of them is a lot more challenging to keep than the other one. Plus, 55 is not the most ideal environment for tangs, especially powder brown, which requires at least 100 or so....
