Lions and triggers will eat anemones )
Ah no Lions will not harm corals/nem. they eat fish, and small crabs. the other main problem with PC lights are that they lose the deep spectrum in a short time compared to other bulbs. the

eye is not able to tell by looking at them. when i had mushrooms, polpys i had a two year old bulb lite up next to the same bulb that was brand new and looked the same to the eye. the alage in the corals/nems need HO output. i would play it safe and get better lighting . you don't know how healthy a nem is when your buying it since some look fine then die off. plus under certain lighting they may not looked bleached.

Yep the 6 bulb 72" one...

Update I took in my sisters dieing rose anenome didn't have time to wait for the big guy. So yesterday I built a canopy it's 1ft 11" high the light is sitting 14" above the tank. I put in 4 t-5 retrofit kits 36" long each so same thing as the 72". 2 power glow and 2 marine glow. Anything else I need to do I have about 3inchs of ls and the shadows only about 1/2inch when light is on I was told this is one way to tell the lighting should make your sand shadow that small.

when i was a kid i use to use marineglo and trition 15watt bulbs. only 30watts on 10 gals and i was able to keep polpys, mushrooms, rock anemone, curlyque, manjo, everyones favorite antispa anemones
. the glass anemones took over at killed off everything though. lighting shoud be alright.
