POWER COMPACT LIGHTS?

Hello, I have a light fixture. Its a Power compact ......I was just wondering what kinds of corals i would be able to keep. The lights has two 55 watts bulbs in it

Some mushrooms, zoas, kenya tree, low light corals, like chili coral

What size tank?
I have a 4 bulb power compact fixture over a 50G tank...4x65watts. I have zoas, leathers, and a couple of LPS. I proubably wouldn't try any LPS though with a 2 bulb fixture though.

its a 29 .......36 in long and i think its 28 deep would these be good for a begginer ?/ and how long should the tank run before i can even think of putting them in?
