Power compact strip lighting

I have a question about Customsealife SmartLite Power Compact Strip- 30" has anyone ever heard of them and are they well made they say its 65watt bulb in it

65w is only a one bulb fixture kinda low.
I would go with a 130w coralife.
Actnic and 10k bulbs.
130 shipped at the famous action site.
Great quality.
