Power Compacts?

I'm ignorant on the lighting. Whats a smartlight? I don't really plan on adding anything except maybe some shrooms. I currently have some polyps that came in on the LR and they seem to be doing O.K. I will say that the extra 15watts on both my eclipse tanks has added alot to the lighting. My algae is starting to get out of control.

Smartlight or smartlamp is a power compact bulb that is half atinic and half white light
