power head????

i have 2 of the cheap power heads from walmart well i think the was 18.00 a peice but i dont know what they put out. do you think i woud benefit from maxi jet 1200?

Without knowing the rating on the powerheads you already have its tough to say, but having a MJ1200 certainly couldnt hurt!!

maxijet 1200's cost about 18 bucks...i'd return the other powerheads to wal mart whatever they may be and pick up maxijets...they are by far my favorite powerheads...way better than even the penguins which are more expensive and made by the same company...

they could be good i am not firmiliar with them...if they are working them theres no reason to switch...i like maxijets because they are compact and they can be mounted to tanks easily in different ways....
