power pump question

35 gal hex how many pumps should I have and where should they be placed?

more details, FOWLR or reef? what kind of filtration do you currently have? If its a FOWLR w/ a wetdry sort of system, you shouldnt need another powerhead in that small of a tank.
i have no experience in reef, so i can not speak on behalf of that.

i had a 35g hex tank set up with an over sized sump.
the sump was pushing back to the tank with a Rio 3100
and i added to MJ400's in the tank for more flow.
