Powerhead 24/7

I know this is going to sound dumb to most who read it but I am curious. I have never had a powerhead that pushes so much water for my corals. I am curious if everyone lets them run all day. I have been turning it off with the lights on the timer and letting the fish rest at night. They look like there on a treadmill otherwise they refuse to get out of the current. I just let the HOB filter run overnight. Should I just let it run all day as I am sure everyone on here does? Thanks

I run both of mine 24/7. Sometimes I turn them off but it is very rare. I've only turned them off at night maybe 5 times in the last year.

I figured, I have just never had fish this small and didnt want to work them into cardiac arrest ha thanks

They don't stop, but they change as far as direction and intensity......
