Today when I went to turn on my lights on my 20 gal. I noticed my colt was stuck in the part that sucks in! Some of it was pretty damaged and my clowns host it and one of them was swimming really close to the ground, if not on the ground. I dont know what to do to help them? Any ideas?

Put a bioball over the intake for the powerhead NOW so this doesn't happen again.
The colt should recover fine as long as your water is good. Is your skimmer going nuts? The coral may have expelled some tissue, slime, zoox, etc. I'd defintely run your skimmer, and activated carbon to be on the safe side, and do a semi large water change. 10% or more every 3 or 4 days for a couple weeks. I change 30gal on my tank every week regardless. Keep an eye on the tank and do some water tests. You should be just fine. Colts grow like a weed.
