Powerhead blowing bubbles

Why is my powerhead blowing out tons of tiny bubbles, is there any way i can fix it

Hmm....what kind is it and how far away from the surface?

If it has a hose that sticks above the water take it off, if it is right at the waters suface lower it a little bit so it is completely under

i think its not completely underwater so i'll try that

even if it is under water if it isnt far enuff down my koralia 3's suck down a tornato effect of air . i kept wondering where i was getting bubbles and watch closely and seen it was doing that once or twice a minute once the tornato got to the pump it would chop it into micro bubbles
