powerhead for 125

Any ideas for a powerhead for my 125? Do I need 1 or two. My sump pump is slow so I dont get bubbles.
180 # of live rock. In wall tank

Trying to keep the number of powerheads down to 1 or 2

You need more than 2 for that size tank. I have a 90 and have 4 ph's plus canister filter and flow from fuge.

i have 2 powerheads, one pointing to the surface and one pointing straight forward. But i just have a fowlr system with fish that dont really need that much flow.
