I was wondering what size power head people were using in there 20 gallon nanos? I have a Koralia 4 1,200 gph but that is probably to big for a 20 gallon any suggestions?

From what I've heard, you'll want to aim at a 10x turnaround for your PH, so 1,200 gph is probably a bit too much.

MaxiJet 600 is 160 GPH
MaxiJet 900 is 230 GPH
MaxiJet 1200 is 295GPH
I vote for a Maxi 600 for your 20 if you already have a return plumbed. They have lighter flow and they wont suck things in like a bird into a jet engine the way the stronger ones do. If looking to use the ph AS the return then go for a MJ900 IMO

I am useing a mag 3 for a return pump with dual linelock nozzels
that may be enough to get me good flow in the tank. I will get it goin on saturday so i will know for sure then. If its not enough flow i will ad a power head.

i vote for two 600 MJ's, or one 900MJ, that Koralia is a bit too much but not for a Sps dominated reef..(so you might wanna save that for later)
