Powerhead Placement?

I have a 55g system with a 15g refugium. I have a 600gph overflow box and return pump. I had a MaxiJet 1200 and a small powerhead. The small powerhead started making noise so I ordered an additional MaxiJet 1200 and 2 Hydor Flo rotating deflectors (similuate wave)
So my question is around placement so I don't get dead spots.
I currently have the return pump coming in and pointing diagonally down along the back wall.

I have 1 MaxiJet about 1/2 way down the back left corner pointing towards the front middle of the tank.

I have 1 MaxiJet at the top of the back right corner pointed towards the front middle of the tank.

The Hydor flow rotates so that the flow goes out in a 360 degree pattern in case you are not familiar with it.
So do you think this is a good flow design?
Thanks, John

looks pretty good to me.
one thought. you can snap a couple of the prop blades out of the hydors to make them spin slower and increase overall flow rate so they arent robbing as much flow from the powerhead, as well as making the rotation take longer which creates an overall larger impact on the complete flow of the system.
(take a small power head and put it in a bucket full of water wave it back and forth fast see if you notice an overall change in flow of the bucket, then do it really slowly you'll see the current shifting more solidly), this is more the changing current you want, an over all effect as opposed to a quick blast here and there. it closer simulates a pulsing current like found in the ocean.

Has to be a brittle star arm.... WATER FLOW looks great and sufficient by the way!

Yea, that is our brittle star Clark. He lives under that rock.
BTW, thanks for the tips on flow. I will look at the prop blades to see what you are talking about.

maybe put your hydor on the back wall of your tank instead of one side. Otherwise, it all looks great to me. Reefkprz makes a great point.

So on the third pic on the left side of the picture you can see a colony of hammer coral. It was quite happy until the hydor flo showed up. Now he is most unhappy. Any idea on how to make him happier?
