Powerhead question

What size of a powerhead should I be looking for, for a 30 gal FOWLR tank?, also should I use 1 or 2 powerheads????

id say 2 300-400 GPH powerheads would be sufficiant

should the pumps be placed at the opposite ends of the tank?, and should the water flow be aimmed- one towards the surface, and one towards the live rock at the bottom???
