Powerhead sucked up zoo

About 2 weeks ago we bought a colony of zoos. Last night about 20 polyps were sucked up to the powerhead.

What should we do? We tugged on them slightly but they won't come out. Would it be possible to frag them? I am new to saltwater and would appreciate any help. Is it destroying my tank as I write this?

Unplug the powerhead. Remove the power head. Remove the Zoa's. Put powerhead back into the water. Super Glue(Gel) the zoa heads to a peice of liverock.

I appreciate your response. I just bought some superglue, gloves and reef disks. So I'm hoping for the best.
