powerhead/ water movement help please

what power head(s) should I get for my 25 gal nano reef, how much water movement do i need for most soft corals? how much gph turnover is ideal?

15-25X turnover os good for corals. The overall best brand are maxijets. If you get the more powerful ones the 900's are a little wiser a choice in the amount of energy they use to GPH.

If im right the maxijet comes with deflectors so you can bounce the flow were ever. So that should be alright to place them just on the sides of the tank.
