Maxi jet 900, good flow, and isn't an energy hog. 2 of them would be good. On line pricing is best.

I disagree... The 1200's use electricity at 20 watts per device the 900 only uses 8.5 watts. The 1200's are electric hogs, powerfull electric hogs, but hogs none the less. I've used two 1200's for over 5 years now and recently went to the 900's, they still have good flow and I'm happy using less power.
Maxi Jets Wattage:
600 = 7.5 watts per hour
900 = 8.5 watts per hour
1200 = 20 watts per hour!!!

Sure there is a difference of 65 gph between the 1200 and 900 but its still a good flow and you save on the electricity in the long run. I always like to suggest one extra for emergancy's or for mixing new saltwater.

I purchased mine for about 20 bucks each online, LFS tends to double the price so shop around.

I recently switched to 3 900's and 1 1200 but was looking at a Seio 620 to take the place of the 1200 to save in the wattage department. I've started hearing bad things about the smaller Seio's not wanting to restart so now I'm not sure what to do to get my gph up.

well i just got the 620 in the mail today and i figured it would be more flow then what it has. I would look at getting something else. My aquaclear 70 pushs more flow then the seio 620.

Thanks for the suggestion, I recently looked into a Tunze 6060 but have heard it could be to much for my tank as it's not controlable. I just can't shell out the extra cash for the others. I may try a 820 or a 1100 to get my gph up and still stay in the same wattage range as I'm in now.
