Do any of you turn your powerheads in the tank off?
I just started turning mine off becuase my clowns sleep in the anenome and it looks like they get blown away.
Anybody else do this?

I only turn mine off when I am cleaning the tank/water changes. Can you adjust the flowon yours? Either the direction or volume of water? I know moving anemones isnt practical as once they are settled, its tough to move them-and they may move back.
Your anemone probably settled there because it likes the water flow and your clown has a choice to stay or move. Whether you actually need to leave your powerheads running at night depends on whether you have any creatures that require a constant, strong flow-like the heteractic anemones. I dont have a powerhead at all in my Fish only tank.

The only time I shut mine off is during maintenance or feeding my corals. Currents in the ocean never shuts off!!! :happyfish
