Powerheads?

Hi all, I am about to set up a 120 reef and need some more flow and am looking at powerheads. What brands are good for in the tank and how much flow should i get from each one? And how many should I have? Any input would be helpfull. Thanks

I have a MaxiJet on my protein skimmer and also use AquaClears for water movement. I haven't had an issue with either brand.
