The more current, the better. You should have currents in multiple area around the tank. You should get 3 400's nd do it like this:
1st power head: place on the left side of the tank pointing into the tank(right)
2nd power head: Place on the right side of the tank, pointing up to give a little ripple. this is used for a gas exange.
3rd power head: should be placed in back of the LR in any way you choose.
Just make sure there no spot where there is no current, this is where detruss(sp) builds up and tends to be a stop for trate. Just make sure you don t have rapids. Just make sure current is everywhere, and remember at night to turn off the power head behind the lr so the fish can seep <img src="graemlins//bah.gif" border="0" alt="[bah]" />
