Powerheads?

I am starting a new 75SW FO for now and see alot of talk about powerheads. Are these vital in addition to the main pump?

Hi, I also have a 75, if you plan just FO i think the Mag would be ok as long as you had a good spray bar to remove dead spots within the tank. HTH

So I will be OK with just the Magdrive. But it would be safe investment to get a powerhead simply b/c I eventually want to introduce some live rock and invertabrates. What is good size? 700-900?

I would add a power head to make sure you don't have any spots where the water is not moving. You can go with any size you want. Just think about how much the water in the ocean moves.
