Where should the powerheads in a 20 Gallon Long tank be placed? I have two Powerheads. A Maxi-Jet 600 as well as a Hagen AquaClear 201. Just dont know where to put them ... :help:

There isn't one right location for everyone. Much depends on how the rest of the tank is set up. Most likely, the best thing is to put one on each side of the tank and point them towards each other. What this does is gives you random currents, which is more natural. They don't have to actually be on the side glass either, you can put them on the back glass and just turn the spouts so they are facing into the center.
