Yup, some color forms are very valuable. (for some reason) I don't think they are really rare, just valuable.

rarity = value. You don't come across these often (with proper lineage). They are also pretty slow growers.

The true PPE started form Blane Perun back in 2001. The reason for the crazy price was mostly due to him selling these and donating a protion of each persons shipping bill to the Christian Childrens fund. This coral was actually sold for fundraiser purposes and till today still carries its cost but unfortunetly not its orginal intended purpose.
