he is not allowed to drive at all for at least 3 weeks and work for 5 he doesnt know whats going to happen so far as his cdl is concerned , he told the safety guy that morning at the safety meeting that he was still a little dizzy from having the stomach flu, it was his first day back from being sick, and his boss was there for that conversation , he was still sent out and he has not heard from his boss or anyone from the company since they got him out of the truck, so no he doesnt know whats going to happen job wise

Jenny as a Former OTR trucker that devolped Epilepsy and one that knows what it is like to have an accident like that. He may looses hios job because of one company THE INSURANCE COMPANY. Haz-Mat Accidents unless it was a mechanical failure the insurance company goes ape crap on the driver that had it.

if they knew he was not feeling well, and they let him out on the road, that is their fault. I would hope they wouldn't fire him because of that. I can see if he had a siezure....driving would be out.
Hopefully things will work out for him.

rebel he made channel 9 news they put it on breaking news and said his legs were crushed and when they told the story they showed video of a station wagon lol and , then they reported that he died and they were starting a memorial fund that station cant get right lol

Jenny, I'm not on here as much as I use to be so I just read about the accident. So glad to hear nothing major is wrong. By the looks of that cab, it could have been much worst. I wish him a speedy recovery from a fellow trucker. Best of luck to him.
