just wondering for all who have been there, how much is the most you have ever spent on one fish and was it worth it? any pic's?

lets see, for a fish ? i spent $150 for my helfrichi firefish

100 bucks for a 4-5 inch Majestic angel. Worth every penny. The chevron tang I will be adding in a mo. or two will be around 130, but worth it.
Steve, NICE fish. I wanted to put 3 of those in my tank, till I got a price :scared: I have 3 regular firefish now instead. Oh yeah. I drove 4 hours round trip to get it, so tack on another 40-50 bucks for gas (THANKS G.W.!!!!! ). Still worth it!

I do however have a japanese KOI valued at $2,500 which I won in a contest that also included free shipping..........and once I got it after the QT period and period of ohhhhh and ahhhhhhhh ing it, it wa promptly placed in the 1.5 acre natural pond with all my$3.69 Petsmart Koi.........
