Sounds like a good deal but i do not know anything about "starfire"?
Is this a better glass or what?
Is there a garantee? What about a stand or hood?

That sounds like a really good price for that size tank. If you purchase it, you will definately appreciate the 36" width when it comes time for aquascaping. The splash guard (Euro-bracing) is nice because you won't have any glass cross braces to make lighting a challenge.
Even with the extra $150 charge, the Starphire option would definately be worthwhile. I recently purchased a custom tank with generic low iron glass (Ultrawhite). I don't know how the clarity stacks up against the Starphire brand, but I definately appreciate it's clarity at 1/2" versus even the 3/8" float glass I have on my current 65 gallon tank.

at that price I'd get all veiwing sides in starphire. My 120 cost 250.00 more to have the front panel in starphire. Its an in wall tank so I only needed one panel in starphire.
