this is my favorite "critter" when i first bought it it was only 2" wide and now it is well over 6" wide in just 5 months

my favorite fish (his name is manny)

is that not a lot of swimming space though?? I mean, his are in a 125, not much bigger than mine, and mine will not be as long, a lil bit more spacious. U mean like they need more length? LOL madysmom, my rat is named Manny. I trained him to kill on command

I don't think people shuld keep sharks, they migrate and in a small tank they debelop scolosis, Evin in those 10,000 gallon aqauriums at zoo, sharks swimming around in ther die after 10yrs or so when they can live to 70 like a human, It's cruel, If yuor gunna keep a shark, Buy an ocean

Yup, im saving up for that ocean model for next year. 170,000 gallons, itll be super sweet. Im gonna put a clown fish in it!!

Chandler, the bamboos are pretty benthic and dont do much. Realisticly, a 6x4 would be ideal, with the depth measurement basically irrelevant. You can plan on an adult measuring 3 feet. So to answer your question, Id scrap the 4 footer for a 6.

I will try to post a pic. of my whole school over the weekend because they are all my "pride and joy" and I am so proud of them for being able to survive two hurricanes. Everyone in my tank made it for a total of twelve days without electricity. THANK GOD for D batteries and the battery powered aerator!!!!
