Problem finding lights..

Well, it seems that I am getting stuck! I have bought 2 different lights and they just dont fit my aquarium. My aquarium is 24 inches across, but the spot in which to set the lights is 22 1/4 inches wide. I cant find anything that size.

So..what do you all suggest?? I cannot hang one, and I really would like to have my hood on the aquarium for looks. Please help!:help:
What about maybe getting some 18"long and hang them from inside my hood?? I am at a total loss as to what to do.

Go with the 18" lights they should fit with alittle room to spare. Are you upgradeing or are you just in need of lights.

I am just in need of lights. there were none that came with the tank when I bought it.

I was thinking you were doing a retro fit but you need a whole fixture. All Glass makes fixtures for a 24" tank that has 18" bulbs(economicall). Or Compact($$$). or a Aqualight Pro($$$$$). hope this helps.
