My tang has white blotches spots on its body and it doesn't look like ich it's more like stress spots that are faded. Could it be a fungus of some type or just stress or something? I also have a Orange Shoulder Tang with brownish or black spot on the bottom near his belly and one whitish faded spot on his bottom fin. Could this also be a parasite? I'll try to find picture that look like their markings.

That sounds like stress spots. I had a naso in a 120, its just too small, and once he got to about 10 inches, he had purple spots on him. Beautiful fish, but need at least 220 to be happy.

Those white spots are just from being stressed. No worries.
Well they are very bright white spots I know they are stress but when the lights come on the bright white ones disappear after a minute or so. But there are still other white spots on him that look more faded and his color isn't that great could it be he still stress? I read from other site that it said it suffering from shipping stress and it can be extreme to a point where it can get sick.
