Problem with protein skimmer

I just bought a coralline super skimmer and i set it all up put it in my tank how its all supposed to go and i turn it on and its not working properly.........the is no vortex and no bubbles
Can someone help?

You need to adjust the flows so there is just enough water to start coming up, then wait...it takes a good 3-5 days to start acting like it needs to.

but you should have vortex and bubbles. the pump might be to low in the water or you have water in your airline. these would be my two guesses.
