problems with my emerald crab

I havent seen my emerald crab out and about lately like he or she normally is i figured he was just molting but then i saw him but hes not moving and im not sure if its him or just his exoskeloten is there any way to tell?

i don't know but i have one you can have. he's a algea eating machine!!

grab it with a net, pull it out and see if it is still moving

Most likely it is his molt. They look identical to your crab. When your crab molts he will leave it out in plain view as a distraction and then hide in the rocks for a few days. It freaked me out the first time too!!
