Can anyone tell me the correct way to propagate a colt coral--do you cut the frag inside the tank or out. Also are there preferred methods of attaching it.
Take it out of the tank, put it in a bowl of tank water and cut it.
I like to first stick a tooth pick in the body and cot about a 1/2" below it. Then use rubber bands to stick it to a rock. It will attach after a few weeks.
