Proper lighting for a 55gal

okay im getting really interested in coral and i was wondering what the proper lighting for a 55gal rectangle tank was..
im looking to get zoo's, anenomes, Palys, fan corals, stuff like taht
what do you recommend
post name of the light and cost please....
and once its all set up some frags lol.

if u want a decent light, get nova pro t5 for about $300-400. if u can afford more, get tek t5 which will run about $500-600 with bulbs.

I just got the 4 foot SunPod, Current lights for my 55 gal.
It has 2, 150w (14K) Metal Halide HQI bulbs and 18 lunar lights (9 blue, 9 white) The whole setup was $499.00.

Very nice, I'd definitely suggest these lights.
