proper salt levels?

i leave my salt at 1.22 so if there is evaporatoin i dont get to for a day or two the salt goes to maybe 124 . what do people leave there salt at in fish only tanks? im affraid to leave at 123 due to fact if i lose a inch of water and bump up too 125 126... thoughts?

I have a 30gal FOWLR I keep at 1.022 and have little problems with it. I do keep a top on it which is slightly open in the back, but overall I can normally go a couple weeks with very little change. Does your house temperature flucuate much? How about your water temp??
