proper watt per gallon

The watts per gallon rule isn't always an accurate way to determine how much light you need. There's more to light intensity than just the volume of the tank and wattage consumption.
What kind of anemone are you thinking of?
How long has your tank been setup?
How big is your tank?

I agree with viper in that I don't like the watts per gallon rule. Should be used as more of a guideline than a rule. If you must use it, then 4-6 watts per gallon should be the target.

For you I'd say a minimum of 260 watts PC lighting (4x65 watts).
