Protein Skimmer

I have a 75 gal bow front FOWLR tank and need to replace skimmer. What are some good suggestions

Do you have a sump to put it in or do you need an hob?

Going in a sump, still pretty new to salt water aquariums. I bought the tank filter and all equipment and fish from a co workers husband who couldn't take care of it like he used to. The motor went out in the one that came with everything and was just going to replace motor when realized the column was missing the base. I decided just to go with a new set up all together.

The octopus 1000ss is a good in sump skimmer, It's the best one I ever used.

I have a 75g bow front also and that's the brand and size skimmer I have also. It'll do the job for you.

reef octopus HY1000SSS skimmer to be exact.
