Protien Skimmer Question

Stay away from the fission imo. I just ordered the saphire skimmer. I will let you know how it is. I ordered it this morning and should have it ina couple days. I have asked this same question. Saphire and Tunze were the two that peeps suggested. i had a fission bu had lots of micr bubbless left. ran it for two weeks ad to empty cup everyday and sometimes twice. i didnt like it . very cheap construction.

tunze's are good but kind of spendy,fissions are lame. if your tank is fairly new than just try doing water changes and keeping the media clean, that should hold you off for a few months..
